This morning, Michelle and I decided to do some outdoor therapy and visited a local park. I hope the photos are as soothing to you, as they were for us. (click for larger images)
Pratt Part, located in the Fountain City of Prattville, Alabama. A large pond in the center with many ducks and Geese.
It had rained during the night, and again on this morning.
Take a deep breath, enjoy your day as much as you can. Tomorrow, isn’t promised.
Ron
Lovely park! How nice that you have such a peaceful place to visit close to your home.
It is a relaxing place to go. Thanks for the comment, Janis.
Ron, I’m sure the pictures are nice but with my limited vision I am unable to see clearly because the pictures do not appear as clickable in MS edge more Firefox on my end.
Sorry, Larry. I will check on that. I have more comments that show they are not enlarging, and indeed they are not working for me as well.
I don’t think the Gutenberg block gallery is capable of that. Thanks for the heads up. I also posted this blog post, to the forum where they do enlarge.
Thanks.

Sorry, Larry. Clicking on the picture/s should have allowed them to open larger. Not sure what might be wrong, I tested them fine on my Chrome browser..
Thanks for the comment, Larry.
Looks like you can have a picnic there. Very beautiful. I can see why you like it.
Thanks, Sandy. It’s a great place to picnic. Bring a blanket, or use the provided tables that are placed in various areas. People love to fish in that pond as well.
I can’t enlarge the photos (using Chrome) but they are big enough that I can see it is a nice place to relax and get away from some of the craziness of the trailer park. Shame about the rain, but that might have cooled down the summer heat for you.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thank you, Pete. Apologies for the inability to enlarge the images. I found the problem is the Gutenberg block gallery doesn’t support that feature. Not sure why I thought they were working before. I may have mistakenly been thinking of my forum where I had posted them, and they were clickable. I will look for a solution for that option, today.
I notice some posts do show up as anonymous. Not sure why that is occurring either. I have noticed an increase of spam being caught, but that shouldn’t affect regular posters. I will always approve them when I know they are you, and will delete any you have to redo. It’s aggravating, but I am sure the WordPress gods, will adjust it in the near future.
Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for everyone taking the time to let me know the “click for larger” doesn’t work. I have installed a gallery plugin to allow this now, and in the future when I use pictures.
Very lovely pictures, Ron! I especially appreciated the Canada Geese! 🙂
I’d hoped you would like those, Ellie. There used to be many more, maybe they moved on. It was very overcast, and I didn’t set the exposure light enough for some shots. I left it on auto.
Thanks for the comment.
